As many of you know, the Vidal family is very eventful. This new issue of the Vidal family news will cover every eventful thing.

The Vidal Children Grow Up

     From the birth of Star and Jonathan their life was very humble. They lived in a small home. Moving to Windenburg in the teen years of their life sparked something they never would have believed. As their family grew and evolved in the new family mansion Alberto and Katherine had 2 more children. Star and Jonathan became young adults. Star married Terrance Villareal.

Poor Yogi has become an elder. She has time left to live, the family is not sure how much. I am going to make sure the family spends lots of time with Yogi before she goes.

Big News!

Katherine is pregnant again! The big vacation brought the family together. Star has a special someone now!

 Terrence and Star met when Star visited Windenburg. It was a freezing blizzard outside so Star needed some shelter and warmth quick. Terrence let her in.

to take some time off and celebrate. New Years is a special time for the family as they make resolutions and celebrate together. Too bad they had to leave Yogi at home!





 Katherine got pregnant before the trip! What could the future hold? What will the child's name be? Comment boy and girl names below! One of my thoughts is (Boy) Jordan or Jason (Girl) Destiny or Rose.

Kat's Backstory: Katherine was born in Windenburg. Her mother and father not rich, managed to live in a small humble home. Kat took the inspiration from Jackson Jennings and Francesca Jennings. She moved to Oasis Springs later in her life and lived in a small home. Her trip to Selvadorado was long giving her the adventure of here life. There she met Yogi, her new dog. Yogi was a stray in the Puerto Llamante Marketplace. Alberto was a local to Selvadorado, Kat found him in the jungle. A while after Kat and him hit it off. That's how they got to meet each other. Coming from a poor family Kat wasn't expecting lots of riches and big families. That was all changed when Selvadorado blessed her with riches from Temple's and the lush forests.

Time With The Family

Lets take a look back on Kat's accomplishments.
Kat went on an adventure to Selvadorada and met her now husband Alberto Vidal and his son Jonatan.
Kat got lots of riches from exploring temples and jungles.
Alberto and Kat had a child together, Star Vidal.
Kat went home to care for Star and new found dog Yogi.
Kat decided to take a big break off adventuring to become a Scientist and to work hard on her backyard garden. She bought a big house in Oasis Springs. Her family moved in.
Kat lost two special people. She lost Geeta Rasoya, Co-worker and Vivian Lewis, also a Co-worker.
Kat has mourned but moved on from that traumatizing experience.
We never know, Kat and Alberto may be planning a third child!

Sims 4 News 6/26/2018

You may remember Kat Jennings from my recent blog. She was an explorer in Selvadorado. What has she been up to? She adopted a stray dog named Yogi! Also she got pregnant with her boyfriend Alberto! Congratulations! She is a gardener now!

Now for the news!
The Sims 4 Seasons came out 4 days ago, most of you know, this part may be pretty useless.
The Sims 4 has an update, check it out on origin if it hasn't updated yet.
Here is the patch notes:

Base Game

• We addressed an issue where fireplaces wouldn’t remain lit. Now, they should remain lit, and if they could talk, they would probably tell their friends “come thru, it’s lit.” Because it’ll literally be lit.
• We addressed some cases where players were experiencing severe lag when placing wallpapers in build mode.
• They always say the grass is greener on the other side, but here at Maxis we try to innovate, and unfortunately we made the grass really brown in some cases, even if you don’t have Seasons installed. We’ve now returned to our regularly scheduled green grass.
• Spliced plants now have a proper description so you know what comprises their genetic makeup.
• The underside of roof eaves no longer have texture.
• Plants were growing a bit too wildly out and about in the world. We’ve scaled them back with some digital, organic, completely sustainable pesticide.
• In the past, we accidentally made available several cheats that are meant for debugging and developing the game only. To be frank, the cheats are VERY dangerous and can have very unpredictable effects on your games. We took these cheats away to be safe. However, we took a few TOO many away. We have added the following cheats back:
  stats.set_skill_level
  stats.set_stat
  sims.fill_all_commodities
  stats.fill_commodities_household
• Plants inside a planter box can now receive water again.

Get to Work

• As expected, any objects placed in the Modern Metallic Illuminated Display Case can now be moved, removed, and so forth.

Seasons

• Calendar events will now occur on the day for which you planned them, thus ending centuries of debate on the purpose of a calendar.
• Player created events will now appear on the calendar as expected.
• NOTE: As a result of some calendar improvements, the dates for some of your currently scheduled events MAY change, but this will only happen once.
• In an unexpectedly diabolical twist, Sims were hosting pool parties in the winter and their guests were freezing to death. Yikes! Sims invited to the pool party are now immune to the effects of the cold during the party.
• We fixed an audio issue when Teen Sims plead for Forgiveness on gnomes.

These patch notes seem pretty good in my opinion! This only means The Sims 4 is getting better!

Dive into Selvadoradian Culture!

    Kat Jennings, a new archaeologist and jungle explorer has landed in Selvadorada. Where will her adventure begin?
    Welcome to my review on The Sims 4 Jungle Adventure! I got this pack today, making it a fresh and prime time to do this! Lets get on to the review! There is 41 new CAS items and 168 Build/Buy items! Loads of new items! This world works like the Outdoor Retreat world, you cannot move in straight away, you have to travel via phone.

The house is basic for Kat because she will be going on a Jungle Adventure!

 Now, what you have been waiting for! Lets see Selvadorada!
In Selvadorada there are multiple choices for places to stay. Lets pick a basic one!
As a side note, there are two new aspirations, Jungle Explorer and Archaeology Scholar.
Welcome to Selvadorada, this is Kat's new rental home while she is adventuring!

 When coming to Selvadorada you receive a starter pack. You get: Dr. Parker's Spider Repellent and an exploration machete.
I have run into one minor glitch. When you go to the Villa, you can walk inside through the open arches but the inside is invisible like you haven't entered.

This is Alberto Vidal, an NPC Local! There are lots of native locals who live in Selvadorado.
These natives and markets can supply you with cultural education. From foods to history!
Seems like Kat is taking a liking to Alberto and sharing stories from back at home.
 Maybe.. shes liking him too much...

 Kat's been pent up in the square and grilling food at home. Maybe its time to explore the jungles, I mean the pack is named Jungle Adventure not Home Chilling Stuff Pack!

Its time to enter the jungle! A path blocks the way for Kat. Use your hands or a machete to break the vines blocking the path? Kat chose her hands!

Oh no! Kat chose the wrong option to grab the totem and got poisoned by poison darts!

What could this pile be? Time to excavate!

She found a cute relic! Lets explore more. I wanna see what this world holds. Kat passed a scenic waterfall, giving a flirty buff from the view. Greatly placed bush! Time for a nap in a totally safe and quiet temple!

Kat forgot to use her spider repellent! OH NO!

Thank god for the repellent! Kat is all good now, just in time to avoid a bite! Lets continuing adventure! This adventure has turned crazy! Kat found a space squid! Wow, what could it be? Kat is adding it to her collection when she gets home!
Even Father Winter needs a break! Kat visits Father Winter cause he took a vacation to Selvadorada!
Time to visit the museum, what could happen?! Kat has a good idea, there is a computer and Kat has been needing some fun from all that adventuring, gaming break! Looks like there is a seller selling that medicine that Kat needs for the poison, It comes with a price though. 1,000? Its worth it for how sickly Kat has been feeling! Kat got a gardening job to earn some money while shes on vacation! Ahh, back at the lodge! Time for bed! What a great day of exploring! For my final review and rating of Jungle Adventure is a 9 1/2! There is great features but a little room for improvement! I hope you guys liked my in depth story telling (great right) and my great photography skills!
